Overview

ED Wright was the assistant undersecretary of state (F4, police department) at the Home Office in 1973. His boss was Arthur Peterson. 

Wright is mentioned in three documents released by the Undercover Policing Inquiry. He continued to work at the Home Office until at least July 1981, though it is not clear what position he held at this point.
