HN18 'Rob Harrison'
Overview

Below are excerpts from a profile last updated in 2019. Since then, 'Maya' has come forward about a relationship she had with HN18 in his cover identity. The full profile can be found here: https://powerbase.info/index.php/Rob_Harrison_(alias) Evidence regarding HN18's deployment is due to be heard in late 2025 or early 2022. An updated profile will  ater appear on this page.

Other than Globalise Resistance, the majority of Harrison's time as an undercover focused on an amorphous network of anarchist and anti-war activists. The groups he focused most on were London International Solidarity Movement (ISM), London No Borders and State of Emergency, though he touched on quite a number of others. Kerry noted that it was through London ISM that he would have gained contact with No Borders and State of Emergency. All three groups overlapped in terms of people, and it seems Rob actively used this crossover to facilitate moving among them.

Rob also had contacts with the groups that had emerged out of the WOMBLES, in particular with people in various squatted social centres in London, such as The Square, rampART, Vortex, etc.

Rob was viewed with suspicion within the State of Emergency Collective and a number of people came to believe he was police. This was exacerbated by the sense of creepiness female activists had around him and the accusation he had groped a friend of someone active in State of Emergency during a party, something he strenuously denied.
