David McNee
Overview

HN2697 David Blackstock McNee was commissioner of the Metropolitan Police from March 1977 to October 1982. McNee made a statement about the planned National Front demonstration in Lewisham in 1977. 

He also signed correspondence to the Home Office about continuing the Special Demonstration Squad and made at least one visit to the SDS safehouse.
